What areas does SpotrOS serve?
We currently serve New Jersey and New York with local installation teams. Florida service is coming later in 2026. Our NJ/NY teams cover Hudson, Bergen, Essex, Passaic, Union, and Middlesex counties in NJ and all five NYC boroughs.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are fully live within 5–7 business days from signing. Restaurant bundle installations are typically completed in two days on-site — one day for hardware installation and one day for staff training and go-live.
Do I need to close my business during installation?
No. We schedule installations around your business hours — before opening, after closing, or during a slow period. Most installations are completed without any disruption to your normal service.
Can I start with one product and add more later?
