Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SpotrOS services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
SpotrOS provides point of sale software, digital signage management, and website services to businesses. The specific services provided are outlined in your service agreement.
Payment Terms
All fees are as described in your service agreement. Services are billed monthly or as agreed. Late payments may result in service interruption.
Service Level
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for our cloud services. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services or factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
SpotrOS retains all intellectual property rights to our software and platform. You retain ownership of your business data and content.
Termination
Either party may terminate services per the terms in your service agreement. Hardware remains property of SpotrOS until all obligations are fulfilled per your hardware agreement.
Limitation of Liability
SpotrOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
