Digital Signage — How It Works

We install. We manage. You update from your phone.

We mount commercial-grade screens in your business — as part of any signage package, or through the Showcase Screen program for qualified locations. Your menu boards and promotions run on your schedule. Hardware, mounting, cabling, media player — all covered.

One team. One install. One invoice.

The process.

Here is exactly what happens, step by step.

1

Site Assessment

We visit your location, assess your wall space, ceiling height, and customer sightlines. We recommend screen sizes, positions, and quantities for maximum impact.

2

Content Design

We design your initial menu board or promotional content using your brand assets, menu, and pricing. You approve before anything goes live.

3

Professional Installation

Our installation team mounts your commercial-grade screens, runs all cabling neatly through walls or conduit, connects the media player, and configures your content management system.

4

You Go Live

Your menu boards are live. We show you how to update content, change prices, and schedule promotions from any device — phone, tablet, or laptop. Takes seconds.

5

Ongoing Management

We manage the platform and handle any technical issues. You update your content whenever you want. We handle everything else.

The Showcase Screen Program.

Through our Showcase Screen program, qualified locations may receive a commercial-grade screen at no upfront cost — hardware, mounting, cabling, media player, all included — in exchange for agreed advertising time. Eligibility depends on foot traffic, location category, screen placement viability, and a few other factors. Book a demo and we will walk you through exactly how the program works for your specific location.

What you get.

Commercial-Grade Screens

We install commercial displays rated for 16–18 hours of daily operation — not consumer TVs that fail within a year in a high-use business environment.

Real-Time Updates

86 an item, change a price, add a special — every screen in your business updates within seconds from any device.

Works Offline

Your content keeps playing even if your internet goes down. No blank screens during service.

POS Integration

When connected with your SpotrOS POS, menu boards sync automatically with your live menu. One update, everywhere.

Frequently asked questions.

How much does SpotrOS digital signage installation cost?

There's no upfront cost for qualified locations — we cover the hardware, mounting, cabling, and media player. Book a demo and we'll confirm what your specific location qualifies for.

Do I have to buy the screen?

No. For qualified locations there's nothing to buy up front — you supply a great location, we supply the screen, content, and management. Book a demo to see if your location qualifies.

What happens if my internet goes down?

Your screens keep running. The media player stores your content locally and continues displaying it without an internet connection. When connectivity is restored everything syncs automatically.

Can I update my menu boards myself?

Yes. You get full access to the content management dashboard. Change prices, add specials, update photos, schedule promotions — from any phone, tablet, or computer. No design skills required. Changes go live on your screens within seconds.

What kind of screens do you install?

We install commercial-grade displays rated for extended daily operation — not consumer TVs. Commercial screens are brighter, more durable, and designed for the heat and hours of a high-use business environment.

How long does installation take?

A typical single-location installation takes 3–5 hours. We schedule around your business hours so there is no disruption to your service.
